Returns & Exchanges
At Monrow Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that all footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Monrow box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; simply hand the sealed package to our logistics partner and collect your pickup receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
